AECU was formed in 2015 by a group of 8 members of knight and Marshalls. These individuals saw the need for a financial institution that would provide fair and affordable banking services to their fellow employees, who were often underserved by traditional banks.
Over the years, AECU Credit Union has grown and expanded its membership to include 10 members from Greater Accra. Despite this growth, we remain true to our roots as a member-owned financial cooperative that is committed to serving our members' needs.
Today, AECU Credit Union offers a wide range of financial services, including savings , loans, mortgages, and more. We are proud to be a trusted financial partner for our members, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community for many years to come.
